St. Maarten Nightlife: What to do when dinner is over.St. Maarten/St. Martin is an entertaining island. There are indoor/outdoor nightclubs, there are beach bars that play live music, you have the casinos, movie theaters, strip joints, sex clubs. Helpful information: Every Thursday the local newspaper The Daily Herald has an entertainment section called Out 'n About and there's also a free flyer spreaded around the island called 'Ke Pasa' where they have a huge listing of what's going on, where and at what times. St. Maarten NightclubsBliss - an outdoor nightclub located at Caravanserai Resort (Next to Maho Beach). For the younger crowd up to 35. Stylish. Play a lot of techno music. They once and a while bring in big international Dj's from Miami etc.Bamboo Bernies - Similar to Bliss and next door to it. Just as with Bliss, it's outdoors and they have a pool you can swim in. Known for their lady's nights on Wednesdays.Opal Ultra Lounge - Located in Westin Dawn Beach Resort. This is the sister nightclub of Lake Tahoe’s MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa. New place, still needs to get the crowd. But for the rest, all is top notch. Drinks, service. class.Q Club - Located at Sonesta Maho Beach resort. Again for the younger local crowd. Music is more dancehall, hip/hop. Lady C - This is a floating bar located at Simpson Bay just before the bridge. They have an immense crowd on Tuesday nights. Mostly boaties, party goers and other drunk people.Sunset Beach Bar - Great Bar located at Maho Beach. This bar started off small from a shack not so many years ago and became very successful as a viewpoint to watch the Boeing 747's land at the Princess Juliana International Airport. World renowned. This is a relax place. Wear your t-shirt and shorts. Topless ladies drink for free.Sopranos Piano Bar - This is a relaxed classy place for a good drink, best martinis and live entertainment from worldy piano entertainers that are changed every month. They have great repertoires and can always play your requests. Located at the first floor at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort.The Red Piano - Located in Pelican resort. Pianobar with live entertainment.The Alley - Latin nights on Wednesdays. Adult Entertainment: St. Maarten does not come short to this.The Platinum Room - This is where it all started. David Cohen and crew have the finest ladies from the world do their thing on the catwalk for you. Come with single dollars.... Nice place and successful. $10 Entrance. $30 lapdance.Golden Eyes - Located right at the bridge in Simpson BayBada Bing - Located next to the runway in Simpson Bay on the road to Mary's Boon or the Horny Toad.French St. Martin Nightlife Orient BeachLe Jeudi de Waikiki - Every thursday a big party with DJ's spinning. Hi Octane stuff, right at the beachLa Chappelle - Interesting place. It is a transformed chapel into a nightclub. Located also at Orient Beach Village. Questions?
