In a recent poll by a community organisation it was found that the majority of business owners on Front Street are against the OPC's. OPC is short for Off Premise Consultants for timeshare resorts. They basically harass tourists with thricks to lure them for a tour to a timeshare resort they represent. Tourists are offered scratch cards with instant prizes right on the street, or a promise of a bag of goodies (sometimes valued at $500 with coupons, casino chips etc) when they attend a tour of 30 minutes at a resort.
