Pelican Resort wants to outsource their housekeeping |

St. Maarten Pelican Resort & Casino is trying to outsource their housekeeping department. Pelican Resort obviously wants to
reduce costs, but the union leader finds that Pelican Resort should still keep the permanent workers even if they outsource the work. The union also questions how the resort can have financial problems while they still hire additional people and even pay to outsource. The union also thinks that the resort also wants to avoid paying the social costs and taxes by outsourcing. |
