American Rapper Joseph Cartagena better known by his stage name Fat Joe, will be flying down to the little island of St. Maarten in the Caribbean to perform at a local club called One Eleven located at Simpson Bay. Fat Joe recently came out with his new album J.O.S.E. 2.
